Great car, not so great electrical issues
As far as the engine and the way the car runs, the handling, the acceleration and power, I’ll give this car 5 stars. However we have had so many electrical issues with the vehicle (all covered under warranty) that the people at the dealership know me by name! Now I may have just gotten a faulty car, but the amount of issues have been unusual. First the blue link wouldn’t work, they had to replace the head unit. Once that happened the unit still would not connect so they had to upgrade the software on the head unit. I’ve had the same blinker and daytime running lights go out in less than a year. I’ve had both tail lights go out (at different times) and they found that it was cracked wiring, not the bulb. My sun roof wouldn’t close, they had to cut out the track and replace the whole sunroof component, they had to take out the windshield and do body work to get the new sunroof in. I didn’t have my car for 2 months. When I got it back, it was like new however. Then I had the GPS satellite antenna go out which was fixed right away. After this the from passenger seat button to adjust the seat stopped working. The last thing that happened was an air flap that was stuck open. That thing wouldn’t close and it kept giving me an error message. I took it in and it got fixed within a few hours. So like I said, the electrical stuff has been a total nightmare but the car itself is awesome. It’s got everything you want in a luxury car. It’s sleek, handles well and it turns heads when you drive it. I can’t tell you how many people have stopped me to ask me “what kind of car is that?” I love love love this car.
