Still waiting Mazda CX-5 for Parts.

After being rear-ended in August, 2021, I am still waiting for repair parts as of April, 2022. I am waiting for a rear pumper cover/parts and a RF fender. My body shop and Mazda dealer tells me the parts are not available, and they do not know when they will become available. Also the app Chip for the navigation system has failed. Navigation repeatedly shuts down and then reboots randomly. Mazda recognizes this problem but refuses to replace it.

Comfortable and Reliable Car

We love this car, but the 2018 version is not turbo charged, which makes it a bit sluggish when acceleration is needed. I hear that this has now been addressed in newer models. This is a great car for a road trip - the ride is smooth and the cabin is quiet and comfortable. The car has been very reliable and we have never had an issue with it.

Love my CX5!

I leased my Mazda CX5 in September, 2018. At the end of my lease I decided to buy my SUV because I liked it that much! I was impressed with all the safety features, the smooth ride, and in 3 years, never had any complaints. If you're looking for a sharp looking and dependable SUV, look no further!

Great SUV & Stylish.

The car is great! Comfortable seats but for me I had to add a lumbar support for my back. My Equinox has electric power seat and it presses in to support my lower back (awesome). The CX5 has the base of the seat coming out, so it’s harder to get support. I would say that is an area for improvement. I don’t know if the electric power seats on the CX5 would help.

Love my Mazda.. had another one prior, same model. No problems at all with it. Only traded up for warranty purposes.

I really like my Mazda CX5. I had another, 2014, prior to this one, and enjoyed it so much I went with same make, model when I traded up. I had -0- problems with my 2014 and so far, no problems with my 2018. I only traded in because warranty had expired and the price on this 2018 was exceptionally good due to the pandemic in that time period.... early to mid 2020. The 2014 maintained Great trade-in value, as I expect will be the same on the 2018. Safety rating on both years was also exceptional.

2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring

I know we shouldn't "love" inanimate things but I "love" this car. I only have put 20,900 miles thus far, due to Covid and another reason. This was my first lease ever and I will either buy-out the lease or lease/purchase another.

My Favorite Car

I love everything about this vehicle. I rented the 2019 version of it in May 2019 and when it was time to purchase a new vehicle, I found everything I needed in my 2018!!! So satisfied with this vehicle, it's like getting into a new car every day.

Why I love my CX-5

This is my 9th Mazda and my 2nd CX-5. I LOVE MAZDA!! My CX-5 drives very smooth and it is the best car for me. Comfortable and economical. It’s easy to park and drive. I get so many compliments about this car especially the color which is red .

Mazda CX-5 Touring base

I actually liked my 2017 base model Touring better. Not as many electronic driver "aids!". The lane departure system is annoying and the rain sensing wipers don't wipe when you want them to. I turned them all off. Otherwise, this is a good driving crossover. Plenty of room. Handles well, but a little underpowered.
