Compact, great on gas mileage, 36 highway 24 city Was a rental car, got it with 50,000 on. Now have 155,000 on 1 fuel pump, 1 serpentine belt, 2 batteries, 2 sets of tires, 1 muffler, brakes, 2 headlights

Love my car!

I love my car. It’s great on gas. The parts don’t cost a lot. So it’s a very affordable car. It looks good. And as much driving as I do my car is definitely up to par. The car is very well worth what I paid for it as a used car. The owner must’ve definitely took very good care of the car. I’ve been having the car for about five years now and I take good care of it checking the oil, reservoir, tank, tires, etc. taking a time to warm it up before I drive off with it. Just a fantastic car.

Great car!!

I purchased my Nissan Versa second hand. She is working great and will be keeping her for a while! Although she was over 10 years old, she hasn’t given me much trouble. Only standard wear and tear maintenance.

I love it and it fits me. Because I'm small and petite nothing too big for now. Get me to work and back. Take care of other things. Safety is first!!! I'm going to take good care of it. Nothing more

From the day we got it, I have loved our Nissan Versa, affectionately know as Neecy Nissan. Great gas milage and loads of room! If I get another car, it will be a Nissan , ice liked it when a friend of mine had one. Little did I know we would be owning one.

Reliant

I have been pleased with my Nissan Versa. I like the ease of getting in and out and the hatchback is very convenient. We change the oil on a regular basis and it has not given us any problems. The only drawback was the AC unit had to be replaced and waiting to have the airbags replaced to the recall and the dealer did not have them in stock yet to replace. Have to wait months till they get them in.

Nissan Versa gets A+

Vehicle needs little maintenance. Handles smoothly. Great gas mileage. Roomy, and seems bigger inside than standing outside and looking in. Has been a reliable car. I would purchase this 2008 Nissan Versa again!!

AVOID!

2008 Versa is horrible... Springs break, rocker arms crack, exhaust system rusts, etc... All this before 100,000 miles. Just look up these issues and more on carcomplaints.com. Avoid this car at all costs. I've have spent over $4,000 in the past 3 years on this car. The paint on the outside handles started peeling after 3 years.

Reliable little car

I'm driving a 2008 Nissan Versa and had not had a bit of trouble until recently. Just regular maintenance. As it has aged, things start to wear as expected, but went to Dave's Garage and now my car is back humming along happily and so am I.

Good ride, but prone to maintenance issues

The Nissan Versa is a safe, comfortable commuter car. Unfortunately, it's prone to some manufacturing issues. The tire pressure sensors are either over sensitive or they break easily. The fuel pump can go on you long before you think it would, and also things like the subframe bushings wear out unexpectedly. Granted, this is years of commuting in Silicon Valley, but it was still a pain.
