Potentially Dsngerous

Much too little weight on front wheels. Easy to loose steering even in minor rain showers or on metal road repair plate. Similar conditions when braking. Steering acceptable. Road noise high. Heating system marginal at high speed in cold weather.

Work in progress

Toyota’s pioneering work with hybrids led us to purchase one for fuel efficiency. And that is the feature that leads this review, for the car lacks attention to design details that could enhance the vehicle. It is a noisy passenger compartment, poorly articulated interior control panels. ( find the gas cover release valve with no tonal accent on the lever). The turn signal does not sense mild turns and requires manual shutoff, key fob inconsistent in activation to unlock all doors, abscence of trim over doors ensures wet seats during rainstorms and snow covering during winter, windshield defrost function poor., headrest design unusable for 6’ male.

Its a road vehicle

Some days I will travel 500 miles. This is a comfortable ride, and I purchased the cheap model.

I like it. Very good! Good economy...................

I like it............. Very good!!!! Good economy - This one is my third!!!! The first two were both in the UK, both pre owned. The first was an early model and the second had the dreadful bar across the back.

The best car I have owned

Our Prius V is the best car we have ever owned. It is efficient, reliable, and very quiet. We would definitely make the same purchase again. Only a couple of minor frustrations with it: (1) there is no dome light in the back, so when the back hatch is opened, it is completely dark; (2) the climate control system works well in auto mode, but when we want to control it directly, it is impossible to do; and (3) very minor issue: the cup holders are too small for conventional drink cups. Overall, however, it is a great car!

Fantastic Automobile

The automobile so far is fantastic, best thing naturally is mileage. When I first drove the automobile it was getting 40 MPG within three month it jumped to 42 MPG and about three months ago it went to 42.7 MPG . I first calculated the mileage by the gallons used each fill up then after about six months I used the dash screen read out which I found out is within one percent of accuracy. Hope it keeps going higher LOL. Buy one: Fred H. Krohn

Love my Prius V

This is my second Prius. The first is now being driven by my husband. The car is super dependable, very comfortable to drive and gets good gas mileage. I love that it is bigger than my original Prius because I need to tote a lot of stuff for work and it carries it a load very well. The one thing I would change ois the heated seats. The buttons are real convient and it only has one setting on or off. Would love it to have a high and low setting.

Prius V

This is my third Prius and the extra 1 1/2 feet or what ever it is makes a difference traveling with luggage. I like the power button. I like the width of the inside of the car. Unfortunately it doesn't have the bell & whistles I had with my other two Prius that should be a standard. Its a real hassel not to be able to open the back with hands free cause I have a V2 2013. The screw in antenna always works itself loose. Not cool. I've already lost one and almost lost my 2nd one. Therefore being an expense. I don't like the way the back scroll attaches to the seat with the little hooks on the head rest. Some how it should be like the regular/'original prius made without the hooks. It reminds me of a last minute thought. Also the head rest messes up the back of my hair. Not sure why....could be the material used or position. I short, 5 foot so the car fits me well and doesn't make me twist so much to get in. Thank you.
