From all ends of the service spectrum - from "this broke, can you fix it?" to "woah, there's a clunkity clunk I don't understand, can you take a look?" - Roopair always solves the problem, and in a way that makes you feel like they just generally want to be helpful and not BS you.
Prior to this recent service, I was thinking it might be time to send my old 'ru out to pasture. I left a voicemail on the weekend, asking if I could drop the car of for a couple of days to see if they could take a look, find the problem, and discuss options. Josh and the team fit me in the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had parts on hand - and the time! - to fix the broken bits. They even helped out with my random "hey, do you happen to have an extra sun visor laying around for a 16-year old car" request. They didn't, but they found one and installed it for a fair and reasonable price before the car was ready to go by mid-day.
I can't say I want more things to break on my car, but when they do, this is the only place I'll go. Ten thumbs up, highly recommend!
