The mechanics are honest. I’ve been up sold too many times by other auto shops that told me I needed
something done when I really didn’t. If my vehicle doesn’t need it, I am informed. The cost of a repair is much lower than any other shop. This has great customer service- the customer comes first. They use premium parts and service in a timely manner. The main mechanic, Mike, is very humble yet has every certification available to earn in the automotive industry, so I know the work is being done correctly. They conveniently service all vehicle types, so I can bring both my Foreign and American cars to just one place.
I made a mistake in schedule arriving with my car one week early. They simply worked it in around the
ir busy schedule . I feel very confident when they work on my car. They know “ cars” and if something needs fixing or replacement I know they can and will handle it.
I would not go anywhere else but Rob’s because as a single older woman who drives a lot, I need car s
ervice from a dependable and caring place who recognizes my needs when I call or walk through the door. I will drive from St.Louis to have my car serviced because when I walk out the door I know they care about me as a customer.
Diagnostic was run at a Store. Had no idea where to go until they sent me to Waterloo, Auto. Van wa
s shaking so bad, did not feel safe with my gr. kids in car. I was told to bring it in on Monday morn. Problem was found, Parts came in really early , had my car on Tues. The receptionist was so polite and very knowledgeable.
Drives like a dream. I won't go anywhere else for service.
