We found the service and staff to be above and beyond. We aren't local. We were traveling from Saraso
ta, Fl to Virginia. Going down the highway all of the sudden, the car slowed down and the check engine light started flashing. We found Hyundai of Orange Park not far off the highway and went in looking for help. It turns out that the dealership was under water trying to catch up after having been down due to a cyber attack on their system. We spoke to the service manager (Sherman Cooper), explained our situation and asked if there was anyway he could get us on our way the same day. He not only got us out the same day, he asked his mechanic to work past closing to get it done. Though we had to wait several hours, it was to be expected due to the overwhelming workload they had. The staff checked on us regularly. The waiting area was stocked with snacks, coffee and water. It was the very best we could have hoped for under the circumstances. Our gratitude to Mr. Cooper and his staff. They're amazing.

Dealer quoted me an OTD cash price on a New vehicle with 10 miles on it advertised on their website.
No return calls when I asked to pick it up. Later salesman and sales manager tell me the car is really a DEMO, and try to upsell me to a more expensive model.

I hit a deer with my Genesis G90. I have all my service performed at Dennis, so it made sense to sta
rt there for my bodywork. My initial estimate was with Max Tinsley. Max was very professional and provided the insurance estimate quickly. Max made sure I was aware of the possible supply chain issues with a frontend collision on the G90 because of the computer systems. I left the car at Dennis for repair. The customer service Max provided was outstanding! He kept me apprised of the supply chain issues and the repair progress at the exact level I needed.
I picked up my "new" G90 and it is just as nice as it was 3 years ago! Thank you Max and Dennis... I would recommend the Dennis Collision Center and Max to anyone in need of this service.
