I had a cover underneath the vehicle come loose and hanging very low, which could get snagged and cau
se much damage. I also had to leave for West Coast in 3 days, needing the vehicle in safe shape. My Hyundai dealer of purchase (Napleton West Palm) refused to assist me, said they were booked up, would be at least a week or more. That being unacceptable, and not wanting to go to an independent garage due to warrantee, I called Rt 60 Hyundai and spoke to Rhett in Service. After listening to my problem, and also being booked solid, he told me to bring the vehicle in first thing in the morning, before the day's schedule started, and they would handle the problem for me. Rhett informed me it was fixed, and indeed could have got worse. Rt 60 Hyundai demonstrated what real service means, and they now have a future customer for all my needs! Highly Recommend!!!

I had never bought a car from Jim Click before. I went to his dealership first and only. I let the
salesman do all the talking because that is why we went there. When he was done talking and wanted me to sign some papers - I told him NO - and that he had not taken me for a ride in any of the cars I wanted - yet. So he said I should come back tomorrow and he would have the cars I wanted (3) there. The next day we came and I took my rides in all of the three cars and I chose the one I wanted. I really like the car I bought - and I'm still happy 1 year later.

I took my car in for the first oil change and Brooke help me out. She is a very friendly lady. I wait
ed for my service to be done. While waiting spoke with my salesman and another friendly salesman. Spoke with a technician from the service department to which I am going to assume is the manager. Very friendly individual. I have on my account to rotate tires when the vehicle is serviced and when I was told that they were finished and that the tires looked fine. So they didn’t change them. Now mind you I live 80 miles from Sioux Falls and my car is used as the primary vehicle. My mileage is all from highway driving. We always rotate the tires at an oil change to make sure that they are wearing correctly. So with that being said I would think that if a customer has asked for something to be done and the service department doesn’t feel it should be done. Then make sure that you check with the customer first to make sure that they are okay with it. I got home told husband, he was upset and took care of it himself.
