I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because
: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had. Honest folks with exceptional service that treat you like royalty! What else can you want?

I am truly disappointed with the Hyundai Corporation and the way they are handling this situation wit
h my car. It has been taken in twice for oil a consumption problem with no visible leaks or reasons. They took it through an oil consumption test as directed by factory the first time. Less than three thousand miles later there were four quarts missing again. The only thing the Corporation would do, was change the oil again as well as a new filter again. But no one is able to tell us where the oil is going. I'm wanting to drive the car very far as I don't believe it is fixed by just an oil change. I appreciate the staff at Gates but the process to fix my problem is very disappointing and discussing!
