I traveled to gulf shores for a family trip and the first day of my trip my car broke down. I had it
towed here and Eastern Shore Hyundai had my alternator replaced in a very timely manner before I was due to go back home and the customer service was impeccable . they called me and kept me informed every step of the way. My service specialist was Cindy and she was very helpful and friendly. if I didn't live 200 miles away I would go here for all of my maintenance.

He put my wife and I at ease very quickly, unlike some of the other dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. He asked many questions to get a picture of what we both wanted and needed in a new vehicle. He was very patient !! We came back 3 times before we made the purchase. He never pressured us, and took a lot of time to explain in detail all the fine points even if we didn't understand..
I can't think of anything Richy did that we found questionable.
