It will never be my desire to take any vehicle I own anywhere but to Meyer Service. They are the nic
est, most honest bunch of folks ever. This last time was scheduled maintenance. But there have been instances in the past where I get in my car and something is amiss. I just drive over to Meyer's and they help me even without an appointment. As a single female, it feels so good to have a place to take my vehicle and feel confident.

My Q7 started shifting rough enough that I knew something wasn’t right. Doug checked it out and found
an issue with the transmission valve body instead of immediately telling me I needed a whole transmission. It was still a pretty involved repair, but the Audi drives smooth again and I appreciated getting a clear explanation before they started the work.
