As a woman who knows little to nothing about cars, I feel so good knowing that Haik and his team are
here for me! I started going to His Laguna Beach location years ago with a problematic BMW X5 and Haik researched, diagnosed, and guided me on what moves to make.... he spent countless hours of his time and had the patience of a saint with the scenario. His team in San Clemente has been equally as great, timely, professional, honest, diligent in their work and competitive in their pricing. The sunshade under the panoramic roof on my X5 started bunching up on one side and eventually wouldn’
t close at all. I use the car for work every day, and having the shade stuck open in the summer got old pretty quickly. Technician Josh found the guide cables inside the roof cassette had come apart and replaced the damaged mechanism. Everything tracks evenly again without any clicking or binding.
