Intermittent shaking of car for unknown reason.
This longstanding issue was getting more frequent. Mike and his guys worked hard to try and trigger
an episode so they could resolve the issue. With just a little hint of what could be happening after 5 test drives, Certified Auto finally tracked the problem to a likely brake issue. They continued the search and repair until they found the roof cause...malfunctioning calipers. Fir the first time in about 8 months, my drive is smooth and without problems. They continue to provide excellent service and keep my 10 year old car running! Thanks!

lary support team are the best. They are available during off hours for consultation (e.g., weekend breakdown), have the requisite technical expertise and provide competitive pricing. They also support expedited servicing which is really appreciated. My highest compliment, I have a Porsche and BMW dealer in my neighborhood but I always come to you for servicing!
