I have Ram truck diesel and AC did not work blowing warm air, so it needed a fan clutch, a year later
same problem, fan clutch failed, Platinum stands behind there warranty they replaced fan clutch and chargerd my AC for free...They do great work and are honest....

I went to Advanced Auto Tech for a suspicious noise in the front wheel area. Tony greeted me and I ex
plained I was from out of town. He advised my vehicle would be looked at as soon as possible and he would call me with the diagnosis. I received a call within an hour and a half from Tony letting me know that the problem was not mechanical and that there would be no charge for the service. I could not believe it! Tony and his mechanics are great and truly customer oriented. I picked up my car and left a tip for being treated so thoroughly well. I will recommend Advanced Auto Tech to my friends and anyone I meet in Houston.
