Extremely helpful and quick service
I dropped my truck off to get my doors fixed when they had time to get to it, not expecting my truck to be done for several days. They got to my truck and I was picking it up the next day. Very professional and helpful.

We have been to Mike White Ford a couple of times. Both times we have walked away saying how nice everyone was and how professional things were handled. The work was done in a timely matter and the waiting area inside is so nice. There isn’t one thing in the negative that we could ever say. We enjoyed our service and when the time comes, we look forward to going back.

In for a recall reprogramming
Service agent met me at door when I pulled in - connected me with advisor who reviewed what needed to be done and gave me a time estimate. Directed me to lounge & called shuttle. Went to another store for an hour - shuttle immediately returned when I called. Had a cup of coffee and then work was done. Advisor reviewed the multi-point inspection thoroughly - and I went on my way. Fantastic, kind and thorough service. ALWAYS bring my Ford to them for anything.

I am always impressed by the professionalism and competence level that I experience with every encounter with every team member at Mike Whites service center. This is not the closest Ford dealership near me but the quality of service makes it worth the additional drive.
