The worst service I’ve ever had.
The worst service I’ve ever had. They sold me a car with defective and promised to fix the issue, but once the deal is done they changed their promise and asked me to pay to fix it.

I should have paid attention to the vehicle price
The dealer asking price is different from the cash price of the vehicle. Msrp was 30,000 dealer price was 36,000 and cash price of the vehicle is 41,000. I understand the ad ons, taxes, maintenance, debt cancellation, etc. which I will pay on top of the cash price of the vehicle.

Tuscon Hybrid
I am very excited to get to know my new 2022 Tuscon hybrid. Keanu was very helpful . He made sure I test drove a few models to get the feel for a hybrid . The vehicle we wanted was not available however he was able to get us a delivery date. A happy surprise the vehicle came in sooner than expected.

Okay
Overall, an okay experience. My dealer was nice and I got an incredible car for a pretty decent price. The down side was they had to have me come back in to sign paperwork they had forgotten about, not once but twice... The second time I came in, they did fill up my car however. In addition, they spelled my name wrong for the Hyundai online profile. So instead of Madison they spelled it "Maddison"....

Salesman wasn't pushy at all, but had great communication. Knowledgeable about the vehicles he was showing me. Neither him nor his supervisor push me for a sale, but showed interest on my concerns. Just purchased a new car over the weekend from Dylan and Roddy over at Fontana Hyundai. Couldn't have asked for a better experience - the team is friendly and efficient. I had a very specific model/trim I was looking for (and it's hard to come by!). In terms of the overall package, they worked with my non-negotiables and gave me exactly what I was looking for in regards to price. I'd purchase another car at this dealer and recommend their services.
