I just purchased my new SUV at Fontana Hyundai and all I can say is thank you!! Being a single mom, I was shopping all around trying to find the perfect vehicle for me and my son. When I pulled up, Destiny came out to help me and when I told her I was deaf, she told me to hold on. Out came Christian who knew sign language. I was so happy that a sales person actually knew sign language and could answer all my questions and tell me about the vehicle without me having to read lips or write things down. It was a great experience. Destiny could’ve kept the sale to herself, but she didn’t. She thought of my needs and got Christian to help me. Even Roddy who helped seal the deal made me feel like family. Christian stayed with me the whole time until I drove off the lot and was so attentive. I highly recommend Fontana Hyundai for anyone who’s looking for their next vehicle purchase.

Just purchased a new car over the weekend from Dylan and Roddy over at Fontana Hyundai. Couldn't have asked for a better experience - the team is friendly and efficient. I had a very specific model/trim I was looking for (and it's hard to come by!). In terms of the overall package, they worked with my non-negotiables and gave me exactly what I was looking for in regards to price. Melissa Martinez is a Fontana Hyundai Treasure

I dreaded the prospect of entering a dealership and car shopping. What a pure pleasure and surprise it was to encounter Melissa Martinez at Fontana Hyundai. She exuded warmth and competence and fun. There was no pressure. She went out of her way to anticipate what we might want to know and had it at the ready. I swear, there was one thing I didn’t particularly like about the car we ended up with, and I voiced it to Melissa. SO sincerely, she talked about that feature in a way that I came to LOVE it. Magic. Ok yeah, that’s good sales, but wow, it worked, because she is the real deal. You aren’t being gaslighted. You can bring your squirmy 8-year old. She became his idol by the end, and she appeared delighted by him (though it made a ton more aggravation for her I’m sure).
This experience with Melissa transformed my ideas of car shopping. Only thing is, she needs to clone herself, or else I always have to shop at Fontana Hyundai from now on.

Great buying experience

I don’t usually like to buy from dealerships and I told myself I would never buy new again but Fontana Hyundai and their whole team made this buying experience enjoyable. We were there for the majority of the day however we did buy two vehicles and negotiated them separately so that prolonged our time there. Miles our product specialist was great! Negative and costly experience

I give zero stars to this dealership. The car MSRP was 23 grand and it was sold for 29 grand. The manager refused to negotiate the price. By the time they added all the warranties it came to a total of $42,000. I feel ripped off and went back once I saw the total. Some warranties were removed 4 grand of it. Yet, I feel they took advantage of my lack of knowledge and as a woman walking in alone.
