Expensive
Went in for LOF that alone cost $89.95 found I needed a new air filter and at 55,000 miles I understand that cost $34.42. Said my rear brakes needed to be changed cost estimate for parts and labor would be $571.88. The last time I was in they indicated green status now red I drove this very little approx. 5,000 miles since last check. Told me next service would need to have differentials serviced and again I understand that told me approximate price but did not get that estimate but expensive. I noticed that from the conversations people were having with the service staff everyone had additional costs to whatever work they were having done. It makes me rather suspicious that the staff is under orders or a requirement to add to the persons bill.
I'm not sure if I would recommend this business or not, when I have my tires rotated at Les Schwab I'll ask them to check the brakes and provide me with a price quote.

Everything was great, it just too a while (1.5 hours) to get a standard oil change..
Oil change and related service was fine and everyone involved was polite and great. It just took longer than I would have liked considering I had an appointment.

Guys behind the counter need to know exactly what services were performed on my car. When I asked, did they rotate my tires? I think so or probably are terrible answers.

Less than an hour
Appointment was for oil change, tire rotation, multiple point inspection and wiper replacement. Service was completed in a timely manner. My automatic setting for my headlights was turned off and I'm not sure if my wipers were even replaced, even though I paid for them to be. I will never have my wipers replaced by them again because they aren't any better than my old ones.

Missed during inspection
The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because during the inspection before the oil change nobody saw that there was a headlight out. I asked when paying fir my service if they changed the headlight and was told there was not a headlight out. The service writer came out to the vehicle with me and confirmed the light was out

Great service!
My car was due to have its oil changed. When I arrived I was greeted by a service technician who asked me what services I was there for. I informed the technician that my car was due to have its ole changed and to have its tires rotated. The technician conducted a visual inspection of the vehicle for visual damage to the vehicle to insure that it wasn’t their fault. After the inspection was completed I was able to get a shuttle ride home from the dealership. I was really impressed by their level of professionalism. I look forward to seeing them at my next scheduled vehicle maintenance. Thanks

No washer fluid top off at time of oil change?....
I was sure I was told that my washer fluid was topped up at the time of my oil change however it was not and I was empty, found out the following day.
Seems like a pretty simple service that the dealership should be providing, esp in winter

Mike White does a good job. Fast and friendly.
My only complaint is that we are at a place where covid spread is at its peak (we hope) and virtually no one wears a mask in the waiting room. I understand that people are resisting but when I go to a business where everyone is required to wear a mask it takes the pressure off everyone. I see no strong businesses having a problem with that. I won't be back until covid is under control or the dealership puts sign that masks are required.
