Great Service

I had scheduled a simple oil change and when I arrived for my appointment, Cole asked me about the 60,000 mile service recommendations and reminded me we had talked about that at my last visit. Even though I had not remembered to schedule that service, Cole walked me through the needed pieces and gave me the estimate of the cost and time and said they would be able to get everything done at this time. I am VERY pleased with the service I received and Cole Patterson is a very friendly, helpful young man. I appreciate the great service I received.

Less than an hour

Appointment was for oil change, tire rotation, multiple point inspection and wiper replacement. Service was completed in a timely manner. My automatic setting for my headlights was turned off and I'm not sure if my wipers were even replaced, even though I paid for them to be. I will never have my wipers replaced by them again because they aren't any better than my old ones.

Oil Change Rotate Tires

I had an oil change and my tires rotated went back to get my car and the thing they put on the floor was still in there the sticker that goes on the windshield had a totally different mileage than my car and the tires. I checked them after I got home and they are not aired up evenly, drastically different.
