Dropped my car off at 5pm on a Friday and Javer said my car would be done by noon Saturday. Sure enough my car was done on time as promised and he called to let me know.

Great experience with service department
One of the best Hyundai dealer experience after owning 5 Hyundai car. Bought 2015 Hyundai Genesis and it was due for 1st oil change.
PH Dealer offered free 1st oil change so called in to make an appointment but wasn't able to. (they don't take appointment on saturday)
first come first serve. I got there around 8AM and was surprised that there was a long line. Service Advisor Javer greet me and went thru quick visual inspection of my car and filled out paper work. no hassle and fast. This dealer is 25 miles away from my pad but I will definitely go back for my regular maintenance.
