2017 Tuscon Dual Clutch Eco
Why Hyundai put a piece if junk and inferior 7 speed transmission with an inferior dual clutch on the market, I have no idea? Initially promised better fuel economy with the Tuscon Eco, the transmission started having issues around 10k miles. Sluggish performance, safety issues, etc and finally the warranty paid to replace the dual clutch on our vehicle. I’m worried of the vehicle making it to 100k miles…did we buy a lemon?

Raymond, I apologize for the Lyft driver dropping you off at the wrong location. I know we were reimbursing you for the fees to get to the correct Budget. Lyft is a 3rd party used and we have sent a complaint to Lyft.  We do hundreds of transactions with Lyft every month and have not had this issue before. I will be reaching out to you later today.

Our car-buying experience went very smooth
We ordered our 22 Palisade late July and delivered mid September. Our experience with Thomas Chu was exceptional. He called us right away when the vehicle was delivered to the dealership. He was very attentive and took time to answer all our questions. All the Huffines Hyundai of Plano staff are very friendly, starting with the check-in desk person. Having the exact car that we ordered is surely a joy but also experiencing a satisfying interaction with the staff is also important. This is how businesses should treat their customers, no forcing unnecessary add ons, etc. Great car dealership service is hard to come by nowadays. - Raquel J
