Took longer than I expected but otherwise excellent
I have an unusual problem with my Mach E and the range indicator. A supervisor in the service department was assigned to check on the problem and, over time, the problem has resolved. I appreciated the attention specially given to this issue.

The work seems to be great. I however feel that timing was off. I had an appt at 0730 for a puddle light fix. They didn’t get back to me to pick up the truck until after 4pm. This is my first issue at that location

Greeted right away and treated with respect.
They took my truck right back and repaired the seat and returned it to me in less than an hour. Also stated if I had anymore trouble with it to bring it right back and they would get it taken care of.

Curly is the best salesman I've ever dealt with in my entire life.
Had warranty work completed on '15 F150. When picking up my pickup, found interior to be a bit dirty after mechanic(s) work. Had to wipe down seats, and use a cleaner and rags to clean all-weather floor mats. Not sure what it was on the floor mats, but wasn't just dirt to be wiped up. Was also hoping for a "hand-washed/dried" job on the pickup. When dropping off my pickup, it was mentioned that I would receive a complimentary car wash "ticket". I had to ask for this upon pick up of my rig. Was nice to get the free wash, but no automatic car wash does as good of a job cleaning as a "hand-wash/dried" job. Anyway, was satisfied with warranty work.

Recent Visit
I went into the service department 2 weeks ago and was informed that it would be 2 weeks before I could get my Ford Focus in for Oil Change and troubleshooting of 2 windows not working. After the wait, when I returned for my appointment, the staff were friendly and quickly got the vehicle checked in quickly. I was told it would be about 2 hours for the work to be done depending one what was the issue with the windows. 93 minutes later, I was called back to the service center informed that the car was ready to take. I was told about the issue with the windows being just gunk in the tracks and the window motors triggered a safety protocol to prevent burning out. The only issue that I had was that the setting on my dash lights had been changed. It turned out to be just the headlight control was switched from automatic (where I run it) to off (where the tech put it). This was a simple fix obviously but still bothered me enough not to make it a 5 star review.

Michael, thank you for the honest review. We're so glad that we were able to take care of your oil change needs and figure out the window issue in less time than promised.

We apologize for the headlight switch issue! When we're addressing electrical issues, as we did with your windows, we have to try all of the switches to determine where the fault lies. We always make a concerted effort to return the switches to where they were when the vehicle entered the shop, but we are only human and sometimes we make a mistake. We've very sorry and hope that the next time that you choose to service your vehicle with us, you will have a full 5 star experience! Thank you for choosing Mike White Ford!

Check in was quick and we got the quick fix with our heater problem. It did take two visits to correct the problem but we are set for winter now.

2014 Explorer Sport recall visit.
Took my Explorer in for a factory recall to inspect and repair toe-in bolts or something. Took 2 months to get an appointment but received a friendly e-mail reminder and dropped it off. Repair was completed as promised (two hours) at no cost. Overall, a very professional and satisfactory experience.

Great Service
I had an issue with my new Fusion. The service dept. was closed. The sales team and sales manager were quick to assist me. I ended up leaving my Fusion there overnight for the service team to look at in the morning. A member of the service team called me first thing in the morning to discuss the issue and they had it fixed by mid afternoon. I'm very grateful to everyone involved, their willingness to help me out and their ability to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved quickly - thanks so much!

I was pleased with the warranty service for my door locks, although I had asked them to look at a tail light that had filled with water and they missed it....I've always had good service and friendly people and will continue to use Mike White. I realize stuff happens and that's OK...

I am good with the care that we got from Mike White Ford. My only concern is that the service people need to be more specific about charges and what they will be. I asked about our cost for the services we had and the service department told me there would be no charges. I assumed they meant at all but then there was a $100 deductible. I understand that there is a deductible but I thought the services being performed were under the original manufacture warranty not our extended warranty. Which was the question I asked when dropping off the vehicle. So, they really need to be more specific.

oil change service.
Had made appointment for service plus replacing the serpentine belt. checked in at 09:00 and service was done by noon. Cost less than quoted. Nice friendly employees and the shuttle car service is great. Only thing I was told that my third break light was not working due to a leak ( ? ). This is inside my back window, so do not know what leak. I checked when I got home and that light works just fine. Do not know if your people were trying to just get more work or what. Other than that I like coming in for my oil changes etc.

Return to refix a repair
My Lincoln Navigator rear window washer was recently repaired during a service. It worked for about 3/4 days. Had to return from Deer Park 1 1/2 hr. drive each way plus 3hr repair. (6hrs of my time) not to mention gas. They told me a other end of the pump/hose came off. (Applied hose clamps to both ends). Oh well, they gave me a car wash coupon. (?) I lost a little faith! Staff was curdious. Recommending a yes, because they don't have a 1 thru 5 rating. (2 maybe a 3) 5 being best. Thanks for listening.
