Great Service / Better Product
I have had great service, but the product was inferior, and poor service that was worth putting up with because the quality of the product was worth it. My Hyundai experience was the better of both worlds. I was under time constraints, and they worked with me to execute the business as quickly as possible. And the product? Fantastic. I drive this car hard, and the fuel economy is still better than promised. The amenities, the sound system, the acceleration are worth twice the price as my buddy in an M3 would verify -ha ha.

It's always going to be the people.
I only stopped in for a final oil change before turning in my lease in August. I had 9,000+/- miles left on my lease and planned a road trip so as not to leave miles on the table.
48 hours later I was driving an updated vehicle, with improved safety features, a slightly lower lease rate, and a fresh round of 45,000 miles to use. I hardly knew what happened. They "bought" my leftover mileage, handled the paperwork for me and the whole transaction was as simple as the routine maintenance I'd originally planned. Michele Magnusson thought of every detail before I did, and made this effortless. Now I can take the road trip, and not think about this again this summer. They even swapped the plates for me when I came back after registering.

I had such a positive experience at this dealership. I worked with Bill and Joe and they were awesome. I would and will recommend this dealership to my friends. Even after my purchase, when I had an issue with the Mass. registry trying to overcharge me on sales tax, Joe went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to get that squared away. Honestly I dreaded buying a new car because dealership interactions can be a nightmare. This place is a breath of fresh air.

Quality people and courteous treatment.
I love working with Mrs. Kwon. She has been instrumental in my returning to Hampton Ford for a third vehicle. Mrs Kwon has been especially important to me because of her knowledge of the Hyundai product and her willingness to talk me through the technical features of the modern vehicle. I probably wouldn't be able to enjoy any of the electronic features if it wasn't for Mrs. Kwon. The entire start to finish process was stress free and went very smoothly.
Can't wait for the next renewal.

Good morning Mary, I hope all is well! I truly apologize that you could not rate our dealership with a 5 star experience. I would like to address a couple of the key points that you could not rate us with the highest rating. Did someone contact you after purchase? Chu has stated that she spoke with you multiple times. What could have improved about your vehicle delivery process? Effectiveness of explaining the features. I apologize that we did a poor job explaining the features and benifits of the vehicle. There really is no excuse for not explaining the features well, we will try to improve on that. Under Pricing discussion you stated that we need more rebates. Only Hyundai can improve the rebates. The dealer does not set them but the score will negativly impact us even though we have no say. Inventory improvement falls under the same category. We can not control the inventpry given to us in any way. We apologize that we did not have more selection. Fairness of price paid: I am sorry that you feel that the price was unfair. After reviewing the paperwork it looks like we gave you about $2000 more than market trade in for your vehicle. Why do you feel that the price was unfair? Any help you could give us would only help us to improve the customer experience and we are sincere in being the best. If you could find it in your heart to give us a 5 star rescore we would certainly like an opportunity to earn it. After reading your comments about the explanation of features, accuracy of paperwork and lack of follow up I can see why you did not have 5 star experience with us. I want to truly apologize you did not receive the 5 star attention you deserved. I can only ask that you do not allow this to be a general view of our dealership. All I can think of is that we were "hurried" in some way which usually results in a poor experience in the areas you described. We try so very hard to be above average and live up to a high standard with a customer first attitude. I will get with Bill and make adjustments as needed to correct and discipline.
