I have been a satisfied customer since 2016. My passenger side headlight was burned out so I checked online & found out that the newer cars have even less room to get your hands in to change the bulb. I also found out that the headlight assembly needs to be removed to change the drivers side bulb. My hands are small, but my fingers are short so I decided to just stop in to see if they could fix the passenger side headlight. I didn't have an appointment. They put new bulbs in both headlights for me!

Poor Service
The team lacks professionalism and customer service skills. The communication was poor. The sales staff don’t care if they sell cars. We ended up buying our Hyundai at a different location because the staff in Fond du Lac were so difficult to work with.

Honest Dealer For Service
Honest. How may dealership service departments would tell you you don't need a rotation when you asked for one. An easy $20 for them for an unnecessary repair but their honesty saved the customer money. You just don't see that.
