Customer service rep(s) were excellent, shuttle drivers were great too, but getting a driver when it was scheduled ahead of time was extremely poor.
I scheduled an early appointment at 7:00 AM and arrived at 6:50 AM. I was the first customer in the door @ 7:00 AM. I had prearranged and then validated that I needed a shuttle ride. Rep told me it was scheduled and the driver would be arriving shortly after another run and announce my name in the lobby. There was only 1 other customer at that time and he appeared to be waiting in the lobby for his vehicle to complete and didn't need a ride. A third customer arrived shortly after me and I saw her leave with what appeared to be a shuttle driver within minutes but I am not 100% sure (but she was gone) and nothing was announced in the lobby and my name was not called nor was it even asked if anyone needed a ride. I believe the driver was Kathy or something along those lines. The customer service rep was excellent and so were the others that stepped in to help. At 7:50, nearly a full hour after I arrived, still no shuttle driver. The rep pulled another person from the shop to give me a ride, which I greatly appreciated. I checked Uber and it was too far out. I had a meeting in my office at 8:00 AM which I needed to get to. In hindsight, I would have just arranged for an Uber right away, but shouldn't have had to. It sounded like the drivers were shared between another dealership. I was disappointed in this aspect of the service as I had everything pre-arranged and it fell through anyway. All other aspects were great, but this really was an inconvenience and affected the entire experience. The return ride went great and no issues. No issues at all with the service rep either, she was excellent I thought.

Long wait
This was my first visit to this business and I was not pleased. My appointment was for 9 AM. Since it was just for a recall to install a fuse I decided to wait. @ hrs. later I was still waiting. At that point, I went back to Service to ask what the problem was. Strangely, 5 minutes later, the vehicle was in a bay. It ready complete with the recall item installed, all point inspection, and a new battery installed in less than 1/2 hr. Why? I ask. I'm not used to being treated that way.
