Our salesperson, Rick, was extremely thoughtful and patient. We took our time in making this purchase - a month of test driving and thinking. All through the process the dealership made us feel valued. This made all the difference! Even with a change in our salesperson [our initial salesperson left the dealership], we never felt like the Rick or the dealership were just looking at us like a pile of money to pounce on.
