First time I’ve had to drop a star for this review. They didn’t wash my car and forgot to change out the old sticker which says when to come back next time. I had to go back to get the new one.

Mario is still the best!!
Mario is great!! I never ever have any complaints but this time I have one. I know that the service guys dont have to wash our cars during an oil change and believe me they always do a superb job but this last time I am not sure what they did but something was smeared all over my hood,windows, sides of the car.It took a lot of rubbing to get this off.Almost like they used an oily rag. So I hope this doesn't happen again.Never have any problems and like I said I know they dont have to wash my car but please be careful what u wipe on my car.Thank you.

Good service, as usual. Only odd thing, this time I noticed my temp gage did not work. Read 82 for 45 minutes. Called it in for next week. Seems better now but keeping appointment to see if sensor is ok.

Great sales people! I bought my Santa Fe at San Tan. Their service dept guys in my past two visits tell me it will be 20 min and it’s an hour! No communication etc. I take my car to Christian Bros in Chandler for all my car services

Mario did a great job. However my warranty paint coverage that I went in for is already showing the next day chips... this I am disappointed in but Mario did an awesome job in terms of customer service and communication.

Took vehicle in for a recall (software update) and we were made to feel as welcome as if we were spending money. However, a car wash was mentioned more than once but was not done. Was not a big deal as we were not 'a paying customer' on that day but since it was promised, we felt a little let down. Do not think our service agent knew it had not been done.

Mario my service manager was very good. He saw to it that I was comfortable in the waiting area and kept me informed on how the work was proceeding and when I could except it to be done. I like the car coming back to me with the body clean and shiny.

their garage I had a bolt in my tire. After we discussed the problem, I have had the tire replaced which cost me $81 (half the price of the tire).
