Only Hyundai dealer in town
It's Joplin. What can I say? Glad to have someone in town to honor the warranty and service my Hyundai Sonata. They seem to be very busy most of the time. Almost chaotic. Seems like that if parts are needed, they have to be ordered.

My Sante Fe was family to them
Took my Sante Fe in for warranty check and it was treated as royalty. Every element was checked, tires rotated , goals for good care set in motion.

Michael was like personal attendant . I needed a shuttle for a stop while they worked on car and this young man was very competent ..

Love my car! Love the family who cares for it in Joplin.

Above and Beyond
Took my car in for an oil change and they went above and beyond by looking at another problem that I was going to have to schedule an additional appointment for. By going above and beyond they were able to order the part right then and I only had to come back for a one hour appointment to install the part.
