Just average.
The service manager is Chris. He is very professional. He will do whatever it takes within reason to help you out. The main problem is the length of time it takes to get anything done. I don't know if that's by design so you will stay longer so that you will be more tempted to buy or they just need faster service techs.

Correction of proper service procedures
Service personnel failed to notify on service required. After speaking to the Service Manager, the problem was corrected the following day. The response to the problem was fast and applicable to the problem. The procedure of notification on problems has been corrected per the service manager. THIS IS WHAT KEEPS CUSTOMERS!!!!!

We had an issue with an oil leak and once he got involved, he jumped all over it and is now producing results. car is awesome/employees not so much
Didn't find the oil leak even though there is one. At first we were told no there wasn't an oil leak until my wife popped the hood and pointed it out. After that the response was, "oh yeah that! They couldn't find an oil leak, it must be a fluke." My take is that an oil leak isn't a fluke period. This is a new car that only has 18k miles and shouldn't be leaking oil from anywhere. I feel like my wife was just brushed off and not taken seriously. We love the car but are starting to regret dealing with this particular location. If this car wasn't under warranty and oil changes already paid for i would not return, i would do the work myself. The woman that is deal with is always nice but i think the problem is probably the mechanics not knowing enough about how to work on this car. Unfortunately our service writer is the one who has to relay the message from the mechanic. The car still has plenty of warranty left so we will keep an eye on the oil leak.

Usually very good customer service even if they are a bit pricey.
Didn't have all of the recommended service. I went in for an oil change and got a quote for approx 600 dollars for services that were claimed I needed. I opted out and just had the oil change. In the beginning they used to vaccum my rugs this time only drivers side? Nice wash job though.

I came in to get the pin code for a smart key, a service advertised as available only at the dealership. I was told the pin number was only available as part of the programming and that the service would cost 80.00 A service which costs 45.00 elsewhere. I was left with a take it or leavei it choice

No I'm not happy
The car wash was just the most recent issue. I've been told "I'm sorry we cannot duplicate your issue therefore it does not exist yet I get in my vehicle and it does the same thing it has been doing. Any issue I bring to their attention with the exception of the whole plastic portion of my seat being replaced and a tire patched, none of my issues were truly resolved. Having someone call after the fact to ask what could be done better doesn't change the fact that the issues are still occurring. So no. My opinion has not changed because Iof a phone call or a response to my review. Actions speak louder than words, unfortunately I have to continue my service due to the plan I purchased so we will see if these reviews really make a difference or if it just gets filed away.
