Because of your particular rental experience we have replaced the national service with another company. As for the part pricing from Lakeland Hyundai; we do buy our parts directly though the manufacturer and cannot buy parts from any other vendor as it is a violation of our franchise agreement. The parts and labor were quoted separately, but may have been overlooked.
As a former technician we are sure you are aware of costs associated with operating and maintaining a business. We believe our prices are competitive to other brand dealerships and always strive to provide professional service and competitive pricing.
Our teams strive every day to provide the best possible service at competitive pricing. It is never our intent to mislead, provide any false information or waste the time of any customer.
