norton motorcycles started winning the biggest bike races in the 1920's they dominated the thirties, forties, fifties sixties and a good chunk of the seventies. consequently, it will still take years to match and brake this record. so it was once written in the press that their winning streak had a "monotonous consistency." well..... mike white ford also has a monotonous consistency of great service. i have had a chance to judge them, i have had two new cars in for the two free services each they come with and they were top notch all four times!!

Quick change to winter tires
They work well with me to make this a positive experience. They helped unload my tires and when I returned moved my vehicle in service bay. They asked if I needed anything and got right to work. It took les time than scheduled and I was on my way.

Recent service
The service is outstanding! Only complaint I would have is that at my last service here, I was told that my first 3 oil changes were free in the first year and a half or 15k miles. Apparently it is only a year so I missed it by 3 months with only 10k on the pickup.

In the process of repairing my Ford F-150 truck, it was determined that the repair was going to take more time than was expected. Tyler got me a rental car to get me home . The repairs were completed the next day. That’s what I call customer service!

Poor Service
Made my appointment explaining all the issues. Appointment was three weeks out. Dropped it off and was treated like I didn't have an appointment and just showed up. Was told they did not think they could get to all of what was wrong. Picked it up and was told that I would have to come back in another month for the electronic issue to be looked at. Bought new tires but they did not have any paperwork they could provide me as to the warranty on the tires, specs or anything. Also said they could not do a tire alignment because it machine was tied up. Not sure why I put the effort into making an appointment for service work if they do not perform the work needed when i bring it in. Then tell me I have to come back in a month for somebody just to look at why my taillight assembly is out. Let's hope I do not get a ticket for having a taillight out between now and then.

Oil change appointment
When I made the appointment for my wife to bring our pickup in for an oil change I was told it would take about an hour so my wife scheduled the rest of her day accordingly. My wife asked why it took almost 2 hours and was told that you booked a lot of oil changes for the day. I rarely give a 5-star rating to anyone but in this case would have likely given at least a 4-star rating if you hadn't overbooked for the day so our appointment could be completed on time.
