Great customer service
My husband and I both got our oil changed for his truck and my suv the same day. Tyler, who checked in the cars and checked us out, was so helpful and polite. He made sure to explain the details of our cars and everything we might need fixed in the future.

The only complaint I have is my suv had black grease in multiple spots on the roof. I have cloth material and it is beige so it is very noticeable. By the time I noticed all the spots they service center was closed.

Oil change appointment
When I made the appointment for my wife to bring our pickup in for an oil change I was told it would take about an hour so my wife scheduled the rest of her day accordingly. My wife asked why it took almost 2 hours and was told that you booked a lot of oil changes for the day. I rarely give a 5-star rating to anyone but in this case would have likely given at least a 4-star rating if you hadn't overbooked for the day so our appointment could be completed on time.

Attention to detail
Tyler did a great job, got me checked in and pretty quick service. No fault of his own. But: shortly after my last oil service and tire rotation I saw that I was missing the center cap from my left rear wheel. The right front was loose and I hammered it tight. I ended up having to buy a new center cap for the missing one.

After this service and tire rotation I checked my wheels. The center cap in the left front wheel was not completely on. I kicked it on tight. I checked the rest of the wheels and found the right rear center cap loose as well. I kicked that one on as well.

The center cap I purchased was pretty expensive. With that expense, I would offer that you should put someone on quality control to ensure these are out in correctly.

customer care needs work
Brought my truck in for a standard 5,000 service, which is normally done in 45-60 minutes. Did not require tire rotation . After 1 hour, work still not done. I had to leave, but it was agreed that I would be back by 5:15. I came back an hour earlier and waited another half hour. The attendant wanted to charge me for new wipers and 2 new filters, even though I have always had the extended maintenance option. For some reason, this is not the first time my option has not been immediately recognized. I finally left after a total of 1 and a half hours, without my usual free car wash coupon, as I discovered.

Tires and alignment, very slow.
Took them until 4:00 to have it done.... and the alignment was in spec and needed no adjustment. 6 1/2 hours to mount and balance tires. Why do they make appointments.

Lack of customer interest and support
In the past I have received great service at the dealership, this time not so much. I arrived on time and sat in my truck and no body paid an attention to me, in the past someone would have come right over to my vehicle and welcomed me, but this time it was like I didn’t exist. I went over to the service counter and was checked in and given a quote of $40.00 for my oil change. I told the service representative that I would wait for the work in the customer area and I was told the work would be done by 4:00. At 4:20 I finally got a call that my truck done. When I went out to the counter I was told that the service was $49.00. Fortunately when I complained that I was quoted $39.95 on the phone and was told $40.00 when I arrived the representative grudgingly adjusted the price.

In the past it has been a real pleasure to have my work done at your dealership, but this time it felt like you really didn’t care if I ever came back. I am not sure I will.

There are issues almost every time we do business with Mike White Ford
I have only bought one truck from Mike White Ford because almost every time we bring it in for service the service team drops the ball on something or is trying to sell parts and service that is not needed. I understand this is how the car world works these days but not a model my companies do business with. In a recent attempt to order three new F350 trucks I had no luck getting the sales guy to return contact until I asked a friend who buys cars/trucks there who to talk to about buying these new trucks.

I bought a over 50,000.00 truck from you, and also bought a 3rd brake light to install and I cant install it due to no wiring for it and have tried to return it and you wont let me ! I know its been over a year but its not like its a special order item that you could never sell. I am also in business and I know if someone spent 50,000.00 we me know matter what I would let them return a 116.00 plus tax, Really !! Its a over 75 mile round trip to go to you. I WONT BE BACK !!!

Tire rotation and oil change
After charging me for a tire rotation and over $200 dollars for an oil change I would expect the air in the tires to be adjusted appropriately the second time my tires have been rotated and the air not adjusted. It affects the way the truck drives and requires a lot of time to go back and have readjusted. I had to force a “free” tire rotation on my next 200 plus dollar oil change. Also had to swing back to have the correct mileage put on my window sticker reminder. Just frustrating when spending a lot of money on what should be a professional service. I expect more from a dealership service department. When I did business with Parker Toyota I could be confident that if they made mistakes it would be corrected and I would not be charged or receive a complimentary service. More training for all employees would certainly benefit the company. I hope the basic services can be improved because I prefer to do business with a local Ford dealer.

Our service was done as asked, but several unnecessary up-charges/work were pushed, such as saying we needed to change spark plugs at 60k, when the manual clearly states 100k under normal use.

Questionable Service
I like to be a loyal customer if I can. My last service appointment makes me wonder if I will continue with this dealership. During my last oil change; I asked them to rotate my tires and check one that kept loosing air. I was told the tires did not need rotating at 5000 miles and my tire was ruined and couldn’t be plugged due to a screw and there was another screw in the other back tire. They pushed to sell me two new tires several times. I assume the oil was changed. I asked them to plug the slow leak tire for me so I could get going after a lengthy appointment wait. I decided to take it elsewhere and if needed use the new spare to replace the “ruined tire”. I finally saw my truck parked in the lot after servicing and expected them to let me know it was finished so I could go. It was after 5 pm at this point. I waited about a half hour and had to go find someone in service to check me out.
I then took the tire in question to Les Schwab who happily plugged the ruined tire. I believe someone at White Ford tried to deceive me or was inept. I still have a free oil change/tire rotation there and am not sure I’ll go back. My first oil change there caused an oil leak that caused me to go back for another appointment and wait for them to fix it.
I’m not terribly impressed despite their professional appearance.
I was impresssed with the sales staff when I purchased my new 2018 F150. They offered plenty of incentives to make me feel comfortable with the deal. I would recommend them for sales but not service.

It is my understanding the power sterring is electronic not hydrolic . If that is the case, the replacement of a circut board could prevent an accident, RATHER THAN scheduling and appointment 2 weeks out.

rock punctured tires
it took three visits to Parker to get this resolved, I had two flats up in the mountains, put the spare on first, plugged the second myself brought it Parker ford they plugged the first tire when I picked up up they didn't hear me about the second tire made a second appointment to repair the drivers rear,the woman in the service office said to have it there before 9 00 am , came in at 4 00 pm and it wasn't ready they were trying re plug a tire that I had to put two plugs in to get off the mountain because of size of the rip in the tire,waited until after 5 00 pm when they told it needed to be replaced , I brought it in the next day for replacement, I still have concerns if the first tire they plugged , it had A rock puncture threw the tire cords

Oil and filter change with tire rotation
The first routine maintenece items were done well. Or at least I hope so. This question is because the automatic headlights and fog lamps were turned off. I had a few warranty items to also be addressed with just over 5,000 miles on the odometer. I had to reschedule for these. It took over 3 weeks to get the appointment today.
