Worst leasing experience
Appointment was made to pick up my car. I had to call my own insurance agent and hotline to set everything up when I got there bc these were not done when clearly it was supposed to be. My insurance agent already called me
HOURS prior to send these over to them. Sales did NOT know how to open files. I have pretty high patience but after 2 hours, I was livid. Had to wait over 2 hours. Waited FORVER for finance manager. I said from the BEGINNING my down payment will include my first month but lo & behold, they said it was not when it was time to sign AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS after dealing with insurance company to get insurances send my over & open files on MY OWN. No apologies. By then, I was so fed up I said whatever, just swipe my card so I can leave. Everyone walking by and just kept ignoring me even though I was visibly beyond frustrated. Sales was not familiar with car features. DIDNT even have carpeted floor mats, arent these STANDARD? Exterior has sticky dirty residue all over the place (I’m assuming from stickers). Seats were discombobulated.This is my 3rd lease from different companies & first time at Hyundai & the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even enjoy my car my first night driving. I just wanted to get home. I will not be leasing from Hyundai, or at least from this location again. 3 years cannot come fast enough.

my first new car purchase
wanted to look at the new 2021 santa fe. Came into star hyundai because I checked their vehicle stock online and they had a bunch in stock. when in and Tommy the sales person greeted me and had me check out the new santa fe. loved the car and told him I wanted to lease it. He gave me an awsome deal and I made the purchase that day. I was busy so I couldn't take the car the same day so they held it for me the next day. Tommy was a funny guy. good personality. will come back to lease my next car with him.

I really don’t have much to say. I understand we’re all under COVID protocols these days, so dealership comfort won’t be what it was. My experience with my local Hyundai dealership is nothing but positive, and has been for the past decade that I’ve been returning to it. I pretty much only deal with one salesman, and I’ve always been taking care of very well. And this current trip was no different. Got a 2020 Elantra at a good deal, so no complaints. And I’m sure I’ll return there for my next purchase.I would mention names, and location, but don’t know if it’s appropriate.

I was promised to provide all weather Matt’s by salesman and then week later when I went to pick he said he cannot give eve though I told him at time of delivery that I am not taking in writing because I trusted him and even manger was not interested to resolve the issue

Came in with me wife to look at Hyundai’s as we knew they were a sold value focused brand. Phil Robinson the branch Mgr helped us himself which was great as we did not have to deal with a sales guy who was constantly playing good cop/bad cop with the Mgr. Phil was straightforward, likeable and very friendly from the start. We wanted to buy a car from him. And we did!

Star Hyundai is great
This is my 3rd Star Hyundai vehicle. I leased a new 2021 red Tucson last month and love it! Manager Phil Robinson was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable & gave me a really good deal that I couldn't pass up. I really like all the safety features on my new SUV, especially the Blind Spot sensor which I got accustomed to using on my 2018 Sonata ( which I just turned in). Also appreciate the 3 month free Sirius radio & the 3 years of basic maintenance was a big plus too. AND, since my husband is a US Veteran, we were also able to get $1000 off during their special promotion last month!
Would definitely give Phil and Star Hyundai a big thumbs up and an A+ rating!
