Kind and time efficient!
I came in to get a recall service done. I had been told on the phone it would only take about an hour - but when I got there the service attendant told me it could take about an hour and 40 minutes. I had my one year old with me and no one to pick me up, so I said I would just wait. They had Starbucks coffee for people waiting and toys & crayons for little ones. This was awesome but they also had my car ready to go in about 45 minutes! I felt like a very blessed mama! Thank you guys for making the experience easy.

Concerned about the shocks
The technician took the car for a drive and put it up on the lift to see if they could reduplicate the bouncy ride we have experienced. After careful inspection, they did not find anything wrong and we were not charged for their time.

I finally found a tech that I like but when I try to schedule with him he is not available for up to 30 days but when I get in for service he is only booked up for 3 days. Very dissatisfied!

Auffenbery Hyudai cares about their customers
Service is excellent and all the employees, including the person we deal with when we bring in the car to the lady that checks us out are all professionals and very personal and friendly. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and cared about. This time we also talked with a salesman. We like this Hyundai dealership because they do not pressure you. They give you the information and let you make up your own mind. Love this dealership ! We live in MO and we come back to O'Fallon IL for service because they treat us so well. We wish the STL area would have as good Hyundai dealership that we feel we can trust.

It can be difficult, but really isn't
Working with the Service Manager I was able to get an explanation about the signage leading to the service department. It isn't their fault but the city ordinances that makes it difficult. Once you have been there it is much clearer. They are also looking into ways to better lead people who find the back door first. There was no diagnosis of my "check engine" light because I did not ask for it. If I had it would have been done. I have done this at a local auto parts store and have e accepted their answer, I just didn't think I had to ask official service to do that for me.

My name is Bill, I am the service manager for Auffenberg Hyundai please allow me to say I am sorry for the issues finding the service dept. We have 6 smaller signs around the parking area and a 10 foot service entrance sign on the building, I will make sure all are able to be seen. The recall was on the Oil pressure seal for leaks, If you would like the service engine light diagnosed please let me know.
