Scott said this was the first time he had used the business and even though they did not have any 10w40 Castrol oil on hand, they had no problem using what he had provided. He had purchased his vehicle new in 1998 and this is the only oil he has ever used and does not plan on switching it now. As long as they let him provide it or start carrying it he will continue to use them, they did a good job.
