I have no problem with with bad reviews when deserved but this is pure fabrication. Your last appointment on Feb 6th was for a tire replacement due to being driven on flat. We provided you with pictures of that damaged tire so that is undisputeble. At no point in your history records have we ever given you a $4,000 estimate. We gave you an estimate on 7/25 for $751.37 for ac repair work and on 11/25 for $1683 for a catalytic converter replacement both for which you denied. Hopefully you can correct your statement and review.
