Bauer has been quick and helpful on every visit
Bauer has helped with a couple of ball mounts. They switched a ball from a drop to a rise quickly for $5. They consulted with me on an additional ball mount giving me great advice.

Friendly & efficient
Got a hitch last week for my RAV4. Pleasant staff, got it done on schedule. Note though that they’re not set up with a place to sit and wait during the job.

Brought my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe in to have a trailer hitch receiver installed for my bike rack.
Everything went as planned. Service was ready for me when I arrived on the install truck less than 30 minutes. Great friendly people.

Full service trailer hitch and bike rack install!
Bauer's is a dream come true! I put off getting a hitch installed and a purchasing a bike rack for YEARS, until finally I couldn't ram my kids' bikes in the back of my van anymore. The thought of trying to find a place to install, then finding a bike rack, making sure it would work with the hitch, ordering and trying to figure out how to install that myself was not something I wanted to do.

Marcus at Bauer's gave me several hitch options, then sent me to their preferred hitch dealer's website, I picked out a rack and he literally took care of everything else. The hitch was installed, the rack was ordered and less than two weeks later, I'm rolling with a rack and bikes on the OUTSIDE of my minivan.

Everyone at the shop has also been a delight. Would highly recommend and trust for future needs!

Great Hitch installation experience
This was my second hitch install from Bauer's. I called and provided my information. I received a detailed quote, (with some options) the next day. I was able to schedule the install a couple of days later. The vehicle drop off, hitch install and pick up went off without a hitch! (ha).
