Steven said the business gave him a quote of $1200 to replace the transmission module. When he contacted the dealership, he was quoted $800 for the same service. He was able to find a refurbished part under $400. It took a week for the business to receive the part but the installation was quick.

The Best in Town
I have been coming to Brown Motor Works for almost 10 years and have been very pleased with their care and servicing of all my cars and my family's vehicles. They are expertly trained, reliable and honest. I don't know what I'd do without them!

This last simple service visit is a disaster.
How could somebody break the rain guard on both windows while washing the truck? Either very careless or very incompotant? And not fixing the damage! That is unbelievable. I can not describe how a fry and disappointed I am. Now I have to pay for the damage they have done.

I am very sorry the rain guards were cracked while we was doing the complimentary car wash after we serviced the vehicle for you.I will be glad to replace the rain guards for you.I would have replaced them that day but I would have to order the parts.

Fast, curteous, a bit pricey
Choose to have oil change done, was asked if I had time to have the wash and vacuum done. When I asked how much extra that would be? I was told "no charge, it comes with every service".
