I had taken my car to 3 different shops and they where unable to figure out what was wrong wit my car , this place got the problem fixed and i had my car the same day .

"Need to Change the way you service and charge your customer"
Came in for an oil change. You guys select the most expensive one and did not inform me. When it times to pay, you informed that you did the 5000 miles oil change and charge me that price. I You need to confirm with your customer before proceed. He ended up only charging me the 3000 miles oil change. When I got into the card, the sticker he put on my winshield to remind me the next oil change is ONLY 3000 miles !!!

"Kind, attentive and knowledgeable service "
I had very bad work done from ANOTHER auto place. I came into Choice 1 very distraught and upset.
The mechanic and owner were very detailed with what was needed showed me every step and made me feel comfortable with allowing them to correct the botched job from another place.

I appreciate this establishment very much.

"Excellent Customer Service"
I looked around on the internet for a reliable mechanic in my area. Choice 1 Auto Care is the only one I found w/excellent rating and reviews. I decided to try them out and I encountered the same experience that many prior happy customers had. I spoke with Doug who was very professional & detailed about my car troubles. Needless to say, issues resolved timely. Thank you Doug. I will definitely keep coming back and I have already started to refer friends & family to see them.
