Waiting time for an oil change with appointment is apparently 2 hours
An oil change shouldn't take close to 2 hours to complete.

Off cycle service visit
Took car in outside the normal oil change cycle and the team at Circle Hyundai were friendly and keep me informed with my car progress and status. They even identified and completed a safety recall I was not aware of. All work was under warranty which made it better.
