STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
The single most scummy dealer experience I ever had. Couldn't get their story straight between the sales guy (Billy Sherman) and the manager. Tried to play nonstop games and don't let you speak. They try to intimidate you with complete laughable BS that they make up on the spot. They must get a lot of people that accept the dumb nonsense they spew as otherwise I'm not sure how they're in business.

Sales guy (Billy Sherman) tried telling me the person who they sell cars wholesale to didn't offer a number that the manager himself told me they did. Tried telling me the wholesaler would ONLY give me that price if I particularly financed a 2023 car. As if the sales guy would know more than what the manager who actually CALLED the wholesale guy (he told me this himself) and as if the wholesaler that has 0 to do with the dealership gives a singular damn about what car I get from the dealership that has 0 to do with them besides buying cars from them.

Tried telling me my car ISN'T worth what I was asking after I showed them 3 offer sheets from other dealers. Then tried telling me that they would honor the Hyundai deal but SOMEHOW with ZERO real explanation tried telling me my lease would be ~$400 more a month with $1500 down because of my "negative equity" which was by the way, was 2k (as the manager already slipped and told me that he CAN offer me the 28k I was asking for and I owed 30k on the car).

So somehow my 2k of neg. equity (even though they wanted me to put down $1500 which would cover most of it, and even if they rolled 1.5k of fees into the lease) would increase my monthly payment by $400. Quick math would show I surely do NOT have 16k of negative equity + their fees. I even told them, "ok so I'll pay the $2k right now, what's the problem then as you just blatantly told me that your wholesale guy agreed to take my car for the 28k". They tried telling me doc fees + tax + etc that they made up has to be rolled into the lease when.....no it does not and EVs have no tax here in NJ , plus the deals on Hyundai's website very clearly illustrates only the 1st month due at signing. They pretty much tried pocketing the difference between trying to rob me, and Hyundai's incentives and tried lying about what the Hyundai website showed.

They got visibly more and more frustrated when they realized I'm not some random schmuck that doesn't know jack about cars or their tricks and games. I was around dealers my entire life. One of my best friends owns his own as well. They tried telling me I was angry after they tried screwing me in every way they could think of. I never left a place more frustrated and annoyed in my life.

They completely put me off the Hyundai brand itself (I'm sure Hyundai is going to love hearing about this, don't worry they will).

I went to World VW 30 mins later, got offered $600 more for my trade in than I was expecting ($28,600) with 0 issues or struggle and got a deal done in less than an hour where they agreed to essentially wipe the remaining of my negative equity off completely (they increased the initial lease payment offer by $10 over 36 months which equals $360 I'm paying for the $1.4k left of neg. equity) and only had to pay the 1st payment at signing.

STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE !
