Jeramiha said that he took his vehicle for front alignment to another business but they couldn't align the front. It was found out that the job provided by this place before was erroneous that's why the front wouldn't align. He said this staff installed the ball joint on his vehicle, It was the passenger side that needed the ball joint to be replaced but the ball joint that arrived was a ball joint for the driver side. This staff did not catch the mistake and installed the ball joint on the driver side. When the vehicle was taken to the other business that would do the alignment, they couldn't align because the ball joint was installed in the driver side instead of the passenger side and it cost Jeramiha like $600 more due to this mistake that should have been caught by this place.
