My service advisor brought my attention to the fact that my car had never had an alignment (I had purchased it as a lease return). I was grateful that he told me that. With the oil change and the alignment I only there 2 hours. And the car drives straight and true.

Less than pc for 1st time.
My car was so dirty with oily hand prints on driver sad panel and seat. Along with windows. This is the first time in the fifteen years that I have been dealing that I have gotten my vehicle back in worse condition than when I brought in. Disappointed in the usual professional experience that I have come to expect at Fitzgerald.

Hour and half service and way too expensive oil change 70 dollars

A member of management will be reaching out to discuss further. However, an initial review of your service found that you requested a synthetic oil change. Our typical oil change price is $29.95 plus tax & fees, and our synthetic oil change is $59.95 plust tax & fees.

Good service but poor ride waiting area
I had to leave my Santa Fe for service, which required that I needed a ride to work. Fortunately they provided a free ride on Lync to my work. Unfortunately the customer waiting area for the Lync ride has a bench that has ants on it, so sitting down is not recommended. Also the customer waiting area is in full sun so it gets really hot waiting for the Lync driver to pick you up. Service on the car went well.
