Worst Car Buying Experience Ever
We tried to buy a Hyundai Palisade from them. They did have the car we wanted and in the colors we wanted. The Sales Rep Jake was excellent but that was where it ended. The finance person we worked with, Michael Hernandez, first claimed they did not offer the Hyundai direct financing, and that we had to take another offer. Then he insisted we take the extended warranty for $3250 or else he would add it to the price of the car. What is this all about? Needless to say, we did not do business with them, nor will we ever. I made the GM, Bryan Hall, aware of these practices, and he apologized. However, they had our second car key for the vehicle we were going to trade, and he said he would send them back to us. I have asked twice for our car key to be returned, It is now over 3 weeks, and we still do not have our car key. Consequently, we found the car we wanted at another dealer, got the Hyundai direct financing, and had an exceptional experience.

Go to a different dealership
This place is terrible. I was lied too, never given the right information and was miserable the entire time. I should have walked out. Also false advertising is obviously ok with this company as well as trying to take advantage of women.
