Brice said he would not recommend the business for repair because the staff did not keep him updated with the progress. He had to call them. The repair was 3 days later than promised. The insurance company did all the estimates. He did not think the communication was very good overall.

Laura said they did not do the complete examination of the vehicle. The stated they needed a signed document to do it. It was there all of the time, they just could not find it. She was not given a time the vehicle would be ready. However, it took a long time. She chose not to elaborate on if she was kept adequately informed but stated the updates were fair. She chose not to evaluate her satisfaction with the communication, but noted it was decent. The communication was decent.

Joseph said he was going to give Ms. Lori a call. When the vehicle was picked up, it had some wiring issues. The inside lights don't come on. Also, the handle above the door on the driver's side was off. The work done on the outside of the vehicle was amazing.

Kerry said he's very satisfied. They did a good job. The vehicle looks like it did before the accident. The work was done quickly. Also, the repair process was held up 2 days by the insurance. Once they got everything passed by the insurance, they finished as promised. He chose not to evaluate his satisfaction with the communication, but stated he only spoke with one person.

Great service!!
Collision Service was great. Alec Rosenbaum the collision consultant was very personal and caring. Easy transition from my car to Rental car on property. Very fast service. Thank you Alec for making my experience memorable. I highly recommend Hellman on Silber.

Denise said the repair took way longer than what she was told. She was told it would take 3 days and it took 15 days. Ira kept telling her he had to keep going back to the insurance, that due to supplements, he ran into problems. Ira did not keep her updated and she had a hard time getting a hold of him. She called and left several messages and would try other personnel and they would always refer her back to Ira, who never called her back. She was not happy with the estimate because he estimated for 3 days and went beyond that. The treatment was nice in person but there was a lack of communication from a distance. She contacted Chuck, the manager but again he just referred her back to Ira. She had to contact her insurance and oddly enough, she got put on a 3 way call with Ira and he immediately picked up the phone. She goes to the service department all the time but the repair area is going to have to earn her trust
