Patrick said this business did a nice job. They kept him informed. It was easy to get the rental. It took a while but they had to get a part from Italy. He was very satisfied and liked they worked with his foreign vehicle. He liked the staff.

Ceasar said everything was perfect except for an issue he had with communication, so he is undecided if he was satisfied in that regard. He stated the staff told him the vehicle would be ready late on a Tuesday, so he should pick it up on Wednesday. Because of this, he turned his rental vehicle in on Wednesday. His insurance company considered the repair done on Tuesday, so they charged him for the extra day he had the rental.

Gino said everybody at this business was informative, they kept him up to date on his vehicle and he was happy with the repair. He was very satisfied with the way the employees treated him, he was familiar with this place, his family had bought their vehicles there and had them worked on there too. When he needed work this business was the first place he had thought of.

Peter said there were delays throughout the process, and he wasn't kept well informed. Also, when he picked up his vehicle, the pressure was low in all of the tires. He stated he was not given a date the repairs would be finished up front, but his insurance company let him know it took them a long time to get an estimate to them. Additionally, when the repairs were finished, they held on to the vehicle while they were waiting for payment from the insurance company.

We are soory the insurance company took so long to process and pay for your claim. When an insurer paying the bill, we must wait for their approval and payment to repair and release the vehicle. This is the only way to insure you do not have to pay the bill. Thank for yor business

Juan said his experience was pretty cool. He liked that he did not have to worry about anything. He did mention the repairs took longer than usual. The staff originally thought the job would be up to 8 days, but it took 31 days because of parts delays. He stated he was only semi satisfied with how well he was informed as he had to call in several times, but he noted one of the staff members told him his number often shows up as a likely scam call, so it is possible he was not answering their calls.

Brandon said they did a good job. The vehicle was ready before promised. They updated him when the parts came in. Also, they let him know the cost up front. He uses this business all of the time. The insurance suggests he takes the business to other business because of better discounts. He purchased the vehicle from the parent business and has oil change for life plan. So, he goes to this facility for everything.
