It is unfortunate that Henry feels this way. We did a good job in our body shop as his comments reflect. His issue was with a back ordered part from another department that has now been resolved. We hope he now feels differently about our dealership.

Mary said she got rear-ended and when she went to the business to pick up her vehicle, she notice the staff didn't repair the back of her vehicle. She stated she was just shocked as to why, because they know she got rear-ended, but the business ended up taking back the vehicle and fixing it. She stated she also feels because she was rear-ended, that her tires or alignment might be off, but other than that issue, this place was great. They were nice and accommodating. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because they still had to fix the rear end. Her promised date was November 30th and she got her vehicle on December 30th. She didn't deal with the estimate because the insurance company did.

Michel knows there is a problem getting his insurance company, Progressive to pay for his complete repair, yet he hasn't changed insurers. He is happy with our repair, so much that he agrees to pay what Progressive will not cover. He should look for a new insurance carrier. We are thankful for his business.

Kirby said the quality of the repair was great, but the time over the promised date was 10 days. When she spoke with the staff and told them she was paying for the rental vehicle her self, then they were quicker at getting the repair completed.
