Hyuandai Motors sucks.
Machens Hyundai is a good dealership, it would be even better if it was selling something other than Hyundai.

I'm sorry we were not able to get you taken care of. I wish there was something more we could do to help you out, but, because of the 5yr/60k mile warranty we were not able to get anything pushed through. Don't let one experience steer you away! If you were to purchase one brand new you would have had the full 10yr/100k mile warranty! I promise, Hyundai really isnt a bad brand!

The entire company needs to be under the same understanding it does not matter your location
If one dealership says another dealership will take care of something for free, and then the other dealership does not something is wrong, and you need to be on the same page.

I want to apologize for the poor experience.  When we make a promise in our service or sales departments we stand behind them.  Unfortunately, we have no control over promises made by other Hyundai dealerships due to them not being under the same ownership.  I do hope that this one experience does not leaving believing Hyundai as a brand or all of it's owners work in this manner.
