I wanted to give 5 stars because the customer service is top notch. Gary is always friendly and accommodating. The price for oil change was same as Mazda dealership but the convenience of leaving car and taking shuttle to Hopkins was worth so much more to avoid waiting or getting ride back/forth to Mazda. I dropped it a star bc I got a car wash and they did a great job vacuuming and the outside but they didn’t touch the dashboard or any of the panels. There was still a layer of dust and dog hair, big part of the reason I wanted the interior done. I’d still recommend tho, just check that before you drive off

They had his vehicle back to him before the end of the business day, drove it to him, and paid for his parking. He was recommended to them, and will definitely have his vehicle serviced again.

They give your car a thorough inspection. and customer service by Gary and staff is excellent.

Garry, Elizabeth, and crew make the experience of having to spend money on my vehicle more palatable . They are hard working, never recommend services that are not needed and are good about telling me if it can wait. I have been using Monument Auto services for many many years and have recommended them on many occasions.

It's not a huge fix, but it reflects a mentality of getting me back on the road
being more important than a few extra bucks.

Hanna said she took her vehicle to the business for an oil change and there was an issue. They called her and they told her not to drive it. They towed it in, fixed the problem, and washed the vehicle at no charge. She will be a return customer and she really appreciated the service.
