Representative noticed my wheel was warped, fixed it no additional charge.
It's not a huge fix, but it reflects a mentality of getting me back on the road
being more important than a few extra bucks.

Monument street auto is not only super convenient, if you work on the JHH medical campus, but they are always courteous and not trying to bleed you for money! They are honest, do good work, and are finished by the time you are ready to leave work. I had them wash my car and clean the inside as well, this past visit, and they did an exceptional job with that, too!

I have been taking my truck to Monument Street for the past 5 years. It is a diesel which makes it a bit more unique. their service has always been excellent, pricing is great with honest assessment of the issues. Gary and the team there are great.
